Do the modules support glue filling?
Yes, all series modules can support glue filling for enhanced protection.
What are the installation requirements for the charging module?
The charging module can be installed horizontally, side standing, or upside down. Note: upside-down installation requires a customized front panel without a handle.
How do you handle global shipments?
Small orders are shipped via express (FedEx, DHL, UPS) door-to-door. Large shipments are sent by sea or air in containers.
What is the standard delivery lead time?
Standard modules take approximately 7 days, and standard charging piles take about 35 days. Large or customized orders are scheduled based on workshop capacity.
What is the warranty period for the products?
